"backgrounder" in Cydia

actually, u also have to select 'sign-out' to maximum in order to get messages when you exit. then u can have it in ur background or not, it won't matter.

It's a solution but not a better solution to jailbreaking. To activate cell signal with gevey you have to dial 112 which translates to 911 in north America.

i know its big haha, but with the updated cydia you can just keep resuming the download if it stops, took me 3 hrs i think lmao.....

I currently have my 32GB 4.2.1 JB'd untethered with 1.59.00 baseband for 600 on RS and CL and I've gotten like 4 hits so far. 2 saying that they'll pay me asking. Should I be asking for moree or something? I mean the 1.59 is desirable but are people really paying like 50-100$ more over other 32GBs on CL?

In June I'm going to London and Finland/Russia and I need a prepaid data sim, would it be best to just get my phone unlocked and buy somthing locally there?

my guess is seeing as all phones need to be able to make emergency (9-1-1) calls even if you are out of your area. the chip copies whatever info your phone sends when it makes emergency calls and keeps/tricks the phone in that emergency call unlocked state.

i saw a booth near the macdonlad in metro offer Invisible shield.. is it good and worth the price ?

Once you have backgrounder downloaded, I think there is a activator (another cydia app for those who don't know) gesture where you can activate your backgrounder while you are in ebuddy and that will keep it running in the background.


I would buy a nice iPhone case (I got my incase from the Apple Free Case Program) and it has not failed me yet. . Given I've only dropped it 2-3 times, only once on cement. Don't get a cheap one from Crystal or the Night Market looking ones since quality sucks and probably won't absorb as much damage. I went with the cheaper $5 Screen protectors you can get at Crystal (I went to Bill Tan in Richmond) where they put it on for you perfectly, I had it on since I bought my iPhone... so about 7 months... and I just took it off last week. No scratches :) I've never tried those Invisible Shields since they're more expensive and do relatively the same thing. Reason I took my screen protector off was because my Dad has never had one on and his screen is still flawless + its WAY smoother without the screen protector (or maybe that was because mine was getting worn out). But the screens been naked since :)

anyone use lockinfo on their lockscreen or homesceen? know where to get good themes for it?
