Death grip is there but it depends on the area's signal strength. I tested the death grip at my house, in Oakridge, in Pacific Centre, along Robson, inside the Canada Line and in my friend's house. All of them originates with 4-5 bars, and drops only 1 bar by death gripping it for 1 minute.

I really think it's not an issue at all.

Whiterock, Crescent beach area can death grip on demand.. lol

Also i was under the impression that the jailbreak for iOS4 and beyond would come from spiritjb.com but they haven't released it yet.

Slide to jb wait for it to d-l than viola u have cydia on homescreen. It doesn't say but u should restart you phone after as the site will freeze up safari after it's done it's thing.

I try some of the old apps. So far sbsettings works great for me. Every1 that's going to jb should chime in and tell us which apps they try work on the new phone whichever doesnt

Does anyone know a good place I can take my iphone 2g to to get the battery replaced? After seeing the videos on youtube I don't trust myself to do it myself.

Does the mms problem affect 3g or 3gs as well?

you have to take the front plastic off lol dont worry i left it on to and thought it was really quiet lol.

Why other problems u having with the jb? Other than facetime and mms it work good for me. All I really want is sbsettings & appsync anyways.

redid the JB and it works...

restart the phone and it will be gone, you are suppose to backup -> jb -> restart -> restore from backuyp

or there is a simplier solution on cydia rite now just install and go. going to try that.
