did they ever patch up that battery life issue that some people were reporting?

You have to install the MyWi 4.0 no rock that's on HackStor MyRepoSpace repo. Follow the instructions to get it working. I've tried 2 times and it made my phone not reboot by itself so I had to hold the power and home button down to reboot. But others are able to get it working fine so I don't know what I'm doing wrong and I don't want to try again. :eek5r:

Is their an unlock out for the iPhone 4? Planning to get a Fido one with their Fido Dollars program and use the iPhone 4 on my Rogers line :)

Upgrade to 4.0 or 4.0.1 and then jailbreak. You won't lose any apps you currently have.
To get free apps, download Installous through the Hackulo repo in Cydia.

To unlock, download ultrasn0w, and that's about it. You can unlock any of the iPhone 4's currently out there. All of this literally takes less than 5 minutes.

Jailbreaking is bullshit, I installed and rebooted on my I Phone 4 and now its stuck at the start up logo. It won't boot into the menu.
