3G + wifi both on all the time with Internet once in a while and only 1~2 phone calls a day, then maybe a day.

If I leave it standby with very little internet, then it might last up to 2 days.

It's a little better than X10, but not by a lot.

Need a quick reply. So long story short my dad doesnt need 32gbs and just wants a 16. I phoned the Apple Store and they said its np just book a genius appointment. Now my appointments in like an hour and I have no idea how I should go about removing the jailbreak on my 4.01. I can't restore back to 4.01 using the old fw's cause they recently made it so the fws have to be signed and they want everyone on 4.02. If I upgrade to 4.02 and for some stupid reason deny my exchange (13th day with 1 minute on the timer) will I be able to JB on 4.02 still? or is that only 3G models? Thanks

Yup had to reinstall firmware. Bullshit, I won't bother jailbreaking again. I lost my apps too because I didn't sync in advance of JBing. Blahhhhh

keep the phone and sell it. buy your dad a 16 GB and keep the profit. that phone is valuable if you saved your SHSH's in Cydia as 4.0.2 isn JB'ed yet.

Heck id buy it if i didnt have a phone on a plane on the way. mine may have 4.0.2 so i may be calling you up anyways lol.

Are the iPhones from the Apple store unlocked? even if you do a hardware upgrade from them.

^nope not all of them. they have ones that are locked to certain providers as well as factory unlocked ones.

I did the same thing. With thr 1st iPhone I got the bumper and with my current phone I got the incase snap case smoke Black

All the phones there are unlocked. If you do hardware upgrade then they will lock it to whatever provider you are with.
Pay full price for it.

But I have to finally upgrade my 3.0 to 3.1.2 and figure out how to keep my apps.

I had like an hour to restore the phone and bring it back before they closed at 7. I quickly tried researching it but ended up just saying screw it and updated to 4.02 and returned it straight up to the store. Got my refund and 3 year plan renewal canceled. Just going to phone Rogers retention everyday to get a phone sent in thru UPS. Guy at the Apple counter was like "Oh man you could be making some money on this" and im like "are you serious? Its opened and I wouldn't be fetching as much money" and hes like "theres some stupid people out there." Funny thing too, once everyone saw me pull it out of the bag there was an influx of people behind me asking if they had anymore in. Hahaha

i got it. its not too bad, enjoyable for sure. its kind of like 2k10 for the wii, fast gameplay and presentation is similar. worth the 2 bucks imo.

too bad there's no multiplayer in 2k11
