Anyone have problems with their proximity sensors?

When I test it with my thumb it seems to be responding properly. But there are plenty of times when talking on the phone that I accidentally press mute or contacts with my face.

I find it's the angle you hold it at, more straight up and down works better than leaning back etc

Yeah, this is a common problem. They said they fixed it in 4.1. Though, I haven't had the chance to update it since there's no JB for it yet, but it should be fixed in 4.1 :)

Anybody know if any roger stores have stock? Tried calling a couple said they were out.

yeah I have the apple bumper. I think I will need to go to the apple store to exchange it :(

is it only the apple bumper that would help with the reception thing?? or will any of those cases that we can get for free will help too?? cuase i ordered a different case instead of the bumper......

Anyone got a good front and back screen protector?

Plz, none of the zagg invisible crap stuff. Not into the orange peel feel as it'll ruin the nice retina screen.

I googled and Powersupport screen protectors have really good reviews.
However, I can't find a place to buy for a good price.
Powersupport webstore wants $20+ for shipping alone...

Better price I found is amazon.com or Jr.com.

Any recommendation?

pretty sure its just anything that covers the metal band and prevents your hand/fingers from grounding out on it

Anybody order a Zagg full body invisible shield lately online? I ordered one on Sept.3 and still hasn't arrived yet.

I ordered on yesterday and got notice it shipped today.

I have the powersupport crystal front +back setup and i got it for around $25 canadian.

PS has been the de facto standard for iphone screen protectors. SGP is a little cheap, under $20. From my previous experience, it works quite well and its usually cut slightly smaller than the PS screen allowing some slider cases to work. However I do notice that it is thinner than PS and scratch easier. PS is also the easiest to install out of all dry install screen protector because of its 3 piece system + pre install film that removes dirt.

Other brand i've heard good things about is wrapsol and clear coat but havn't personally try any of them.

Can you let me know where you bought the PS from?

Finally picked myself an iphone. They couldn't activate my microsim at apple which sucked and they only had 1 screen protector there, the power support anti glare. Where can I get the power support crystal locally?

Ordered the full maximum shield on Sept 8 and got the shipment email on Sept 11, and I'm still waiting. Been using the original screen protector for the time being

Picked up my iPhone 4 from Fedex today since I missed delivery at noon.

It seems like all shipments are slow from the US lately. I ordered my Invisible Shield from Zagg on August 29. I just got it yesterday. (shipped from UT)

I also ordered a SIM card on eBay on August 24th, and it still has not shown up yet. (shipped from NY)

Not sure if it's just beefed up security because of 9/11 or what but it's taking frustratingly long for stuff to make it's way up to Canada.

I ordered my custom skin from zagg and they shipped it on August 27 but still didn't arrive yet. Talked to live chat support and they shipping out another one. Bleh.

Use a different phone, transfer it to the phone, then put your micro sim with an adaptor in there, and transfer it to the micro sim.
