^Maybe around 30?

I never knew that you could do anything on an android. This kinda is putting me closer to a fence but not quite haha.

MarkyMark 06-09-2010 12:02 AM

It is hard to pick an android phone, because you pretty much already know about the next better version before you buy the current one

just pick a newer decent specced HTC android phone that's been rooted.. then chances are you'll get the new os on it one way or another :)

Alpine50 06-09-2010 03:03 AM

i dont even know what phone i want anymore.....lol new iphone, you guys are saying the androids are sick, or a BB. For the most part android phones and bb come out pretty often though it seems like theres always a newer one

SkinnyPupp 06-09-2010 03:08 AM

A lot of people still use Blackberry just because they don't know any better.

DanHibiki 06-09-2010 03:17 AM

Android may be better than iphone but i i dont understand how blackberry can be considered in the same category as them.

Like I just said...

FerrariEnzo 06-09-2010 04:59 AM

Maybe people who ride the bandwagon and buy it just to use BBM and only have their fucking hotmail account attached.

Some of us actually have multiple e-mail accounts attached and get hundreds of e-mails that need quick responses. I had an iPhone before and I will NEVER use that thing for e-mails again.

dachinesedude 06-09-2010 08:43 AM

why are you guys comparing BB with the iphone? they serve totally different purposes, one isn't better than the other

compare lets say, htc evo 4 and iphone instead

rawr 06-09-2010 09:15 AM

maybe this'll convince me to give up my iphone 2g. i'm so ghetto

I guess its ok if your a phone whore but I stop whoring phone yrs ago

How does flash run on andriod? does it stutter at all? flash games playable?

I actually take it as choices in the market. With many phones, you can pick what suit you best. Plus, if you get the very latest phone, the difference is almost nothing. EVO is probably the best android phone out there, but with the exception of 4G, everything else is only marginally better than the rest.

And one more new function for Nexus One users, you can now get 720P recording on your phone (phone hacking at its finest)

Tim Budong 06-09-2010 10:15 AM

Can you really use turn by turn navi on the phone while you're driving though (with the cell phone laws in place)?

This is a grey area of the law, but i do believe that if your GPS/cellphone is mounted, your good to go

my feelings on this law are mixed..but lets save thaqt for another day

I have 3 e-mail accounts set up on my iphone.. what's so bad about it? I'd have to say it's just as efficient in terms of sending/receiving emails as my old bb and my gf's current bb..

I don't understand why BB's need the BES server to receive email. My WinMo phone directly connects to the Exchange server.

No push e-mail and typing out long e-mails on glass isn't my thing.

iPhone's have push email. They've had it for awhile now.

It's also about battery life. I have a 9700 and i love the fact that I can push 3 emails for business use, browse the internet, and use msn, and the battery life doesn't die out by by 7pm. In fact my battery can last 2 days between charges.

When I had an HTC Android, Winmo, or iphone, there was no way the battery could last that long, in fact it would die out by late afternoon.

Plus, typing on a physical keyboard beats the on-screen keyboard anyday

Although the browser on blackberries are horrible, if only I could have the best of two worlds

fixed :D

IMO if u own an iphone now and youre completely happy with it, iphone is the phone for u. but for alot of ppl, theres gonna come a day where u just simply cant stand the iphone anymore. it just too boring and it looks the same on EVERY page. If u get bored of things easily like me, android is for u. for me, its the level of customization and eye-candy. ive only been using android for 2 months, and have cycled through TONS of iphones for the past year, and i can say that android is superior in almost every way besides multimedia and minor OS stability aspects.
