is there a way to use your iphone as an "external hard drive"? Let's say I'm at a friend's house and I need to copy some files, is there an easy way to transfer it to the phone? And then once I'm home, I can download it back to my computer.

ill post up a pic i took in HDR when i get home of a guy i used to work with who i was in the same boat on a fishing derby, the difference is huge between the original and the HDR

When you plug your iPhone into the computer, go to my computer and it should be seen as a hard drive.

Umm... no? It shows up as a camera device, but not as a mass storage device.

I don't think there's any truly easy way to do... just several not so easy ways.

Get iPhone explorer or ifunbox and you can drag and drop files in and out

My frd is thinking about buying an ip4 on contract with fido than buying out the contract. Anybody know how much te buyout will be? And what are the unlock status right now for 4.1 (I assume that's what he will get from fido) didn't really keep up with the unlocks since mine is factory unlocked.

so fuking apple gave me a reburbished iphone as a replacement that's 17 days old.. it's even worse than the first one.. the first one at least doesn't have reception problem.. only a fuking camera that doesn't open the shutter.. now i have a fuking iphoen that drops connection randomly and shows no signal and i have to restart the phone to get a signal back.. waste of my time.. waste of my parking.. waste of my screen protectors.. fuking retarded..

I don't know where it goes from there

But when I looked at last month's bill, they only charged a few bucks for data. It's a bit of a grey area but something worth looking in to lol

BTW anyone having network problems after ultrasn0w? I just jailbroke yesterday and sometimes it just goes into searching. Haven't had any problems in the last 3 hrs but earlier I couldn't hold a call for over a minute. I did a reset holding down the two buttons and it worked fine afterwards

weird... my phone has been plugged in since last night, and my battery is at 97% and it doesn't seem to want to go up

it's probably gone up to 100% and then back down to 97~95%.. it does that for mine i know because i've heard lithium batteries like to work like that to keep battery life long in the long run
