what launchers are you guys using? I'm starting to hate the Galaxy's stock iphone wannabe launcher.
I tried out Launcher Pro - it's pretty good. But since I know that N1 users always experiment, I'm just looking for suggestions!

Tethering is there, I don't use video or fm radio, so can't comment on that. I use Vignette for camera, so I can't comment on the camera software.
Battery life is good. Better than Sense, that's for sure! Usually still have at least 50% after a full day out with pretty heavy use. 35 hours would be a stretch, but I am not using any tweaks at all.
