What a game. It should of never gone to OT. Burrows should of scored on his penalty shot and Kesler should of scored, but he didn't roof the puck. Damn 'Nucks give up a SH goal and we get a penalty at the beginning of OT. We could of lost game 7. All I have to say is thanks Chris Campoli and Burrows. It was one of the most nerve racking Canucks games I watched in 31 years. The Sedins better pick it up in round 2.

I got hell for this on Facebook but I'll post it here, I bet on the Blackhawks. Not b/c I really wanted them to win but I wanted to prove a point to my family that I really am cursed/have horrible luck. This was my sports action ticket... Ripped up the ticket b/c I was pretty buzzed heading into OT.

I have the same curse too lol. Everytime I watch a Canucks game they tend to lose. I didn't watch the first 3 games and they won. Watch game 4 5 6 and they lose lol. Decided to only watch part of tonight's game and they won in OT. I guess I shouldn't watch any Canucks game at this point on
alot of people on fb, and people out there are saying "van..chill out its only 1st round".
well to all of you, we are not celebrating because we reached the second round, we are celebrating because we got rid of the blackhawks curse, aswell as proving the the world that we are a powerful team, capable of being the stanley cup champs. that, to us is most important here.

No, watch every game. No Canucks fan should resort to not watching their team play. Chicago won those games and pushed it to a game 7 OT because they are that good in post season play.

You know......... every Stanley Cup champion has had a good organization behind them. I think everyone from Aquaman right down to the coaches and trainers deserve kudos. We are going to take round two, folks.

I don't give a shit what happens after tonight, I'm so happy we beat the Hawks and not have Toews go around for the rest of his career with claim to fame statement "we exposed the Canucks for who they are".
