Just got back from Smashville, such a fun trip. The fans down there were amazingly friendly and surprisingly knowledgeable. Very loud too, great atmosphere at the games as well as before and after at the bars. They LOVE Tootoo, Rinne, and SOB of all people (LOL). I can only imagine the total contrast you would get going to a game at Rogers arena wearing an opposition jersey. Probably almost an exact opposite experience.
I've never really pulled for a 2nd team after the Nucks, but I can honestly say I wouldnt mind them having success (next year) or whenever theyre not playing the Nucks.

the company i used to work for built a little subdivision of 3 story homes in morgan crossing, basically 3/4 of them were retiree's or people 40+ who want a slower pace of life
a few of the families had kids and bought houses at the ends of either streets, the fucking strata complained/banned the young kids [like 6 and 8 year olds] from playing hockey in the street..

My friend just bought a new condo by Brentwood and the strata said she can't even replace the cheap, white venetian blinds to 2" white, wood ones. So the builder cheaps out and she can't even upgrade cause it doesn't "match" - wtf?
Back on topic, I'm watching the game from home today and don't want to drive all the way to a packed bar after to watch the fight. Anyone know of a reliable streaming site to watch it?
