Too bad it shows Bieksa needs to look at the puck to do anything with it. The best players can keep their head up and stickhandle without even looking at it. |
^ You sure he's not doing it on purpose cuz he's conscious of the fact he has a helmet cam on? I mean... if it was just video of the boards as he skates around and we can't see what's going on... that would be pretty boring. I doubt he got to this level without being able to do things without looking at the puck :p |
That's not Bieksa is it? The player in the helmet cam has a left handed shot and Bieksa is a right handed shot :o Edit: It's the other Kevin, Kevin Connauton :p |

There was only 2-3 actual hits in that video. The rest were just clutching and grabbing. Whoever made that needs to go look up what hitting in hockey really means. In the dictionary, there would be a picture of Willie crushing Toews as he came out of a penalty box. |

#1 was pretty pathetic, just cause it was ovy, but the hits that connected were money |

most likely a repost from years before... but caught wind of this in an article and made me remember how awesome Gino was... did some googling and came across this chapter in one of canucks history books... reading up on it, learning about how he befriended bure, and how he stood up against Keenan defending Linden before he was traded away choked me up... i almost felt tears coming on. good read.
