him good call she loves whales and her favorite is Granny which is like 100yrs old and she actually expected her to die this winter and I can use that her seeing that whale for the last time in the fall and saying good bye is like how I enjoy hockey and its something I would never miss such as you seeing granny for the last time.

The thing that piss's me off is we have been together for 11 yrs and should should no my reaction and not even question it.

Dude: take her to the game. That's her bday present. It costs as much as some pieces of jewelry from Tiffany's. Hell, give her a jersey to wear to the game too.

since it's a away game no but especially since she told me she doesn't really care about hockey. Why would I waste my money and buy her a ticket when I could go with someone I would actually have a good time with. Yes we have gone to a number of games together but it's not the same.

Iceman_2K 05-26-2011 05:47 PM

Iceman_2K 05-26-2011 05:51 PM

Do it an hour before the game so you can watch the pre-game show.

One of my friends in LA just bought 2 tickets to game one for $4,200 in section 107, she was willing to spend up to $8,000. So its not just locals that you're competing with for tickets, but international fans too that are willing to spend whatever they need to catch the game live.

StylinRed 05-26-2011 05:58 PM

shouldn't they be offering tickets now that we have a schedule? @ least the home games? ;)

Probably, but with people coming in from out of town, most are more concerned with securing tickets for the days they here ASAP so they can book their flights, hotels,etc.. and not too concerned with waiting for best prices.

Hondaracer 05-26-2011 06:06 PM

yea true, same went for the olympic tickets..

and im sure the people u know have no problem paying those prices.
