No, I can't argue that he's been cleared to play. That was made public, genius.

Your post made the relation between driving and playing. Whether you like it or not, its stupid to make that comparison.

Hey now, you know SP is always right so don't bother wasting your bandwidth.

Let's just get back to hockey. We just wasted like 10 pages on fake jerseys, let's move on. It's game day!

saiko: lol no actually I am no longer able to sleep in, which is because work though.

Ok, I'm done arguing with you after this post because we're getting nowhere fast.

You don't need to be a doctor to think that someone who has had an eye injury would likely be able to drive before being able to play contact sports. Being able to see is one thing, but risking further damage or regress from surgery due to impact is another.

Stop being such a bully and just accept the fact you made a stupid post.

Skinnypup is never wrong.. He knows the most about the Canucks, hockey, and probably most things in life...and because he is a mod, you can get away with calling people `dumb cunts`

from wikipedia

The Ducks went on to win the Stanley Cup that year. As Rome did not play in the Stanley Cup Finals, he did not qualify to have his name engraved on the trophy.[9] Anaheim did, however, award him a Stanley Cup ring,[10] as well as the customary day spent with the trophy in the off-season.[2]

I believe it's one game on the Stanley Cup Finals or 41 reg season games. Exceptions: injuries.

Poor Cody and Tanev.

Ballard is safe.

That's pretty retarded and that really requires some further exceptions. You're telling me that Hodgson has played 8/18 games in the playoffs for the canucks, and therefore, has significantly helped them advance, but he won't get his name on the cup if he doesn't play a game in the final? That is absolute garbage...

Some people need to remove the hockey sticks they've got shoved up their butts and realize that sometimes, people say stuff in this thread as a joke especially when it's followed either by a trollface, thumbsup, or winky.

I find it funny when the guy calling out mods for being abusive people calling people cunts is the guy who lost his mod status years back because he raged and raged because someone didn't agree with him, and banned the guy who just happened to be another mod. Not once, but five times. Absolute gold, in my books. :)

I agree 100%.

Same with Tanev and his 29 games during the regular season and his two solid games in the con final.

'To have one's name engraved on the Stanley Cup certain requirements must be met. A player must have at least 41 games played with the club or one game played in the Stanley Cup Finals. However, in 1994 a stipulation was added to allow a team to petition the Commissioner for permission to have players' names put on the Cup if extenuating circumstances prevented them from being available to play."
