DanHibiki 06-05-2011 04:55 PM

Should I order my jersey online which says ships 3-5bus. days, or wait for stores to get more in the next few days?

shawn79 06-05-2011 05:03 PM

There's no point, we will already have won the stanley cup before your jersey arrive.

You dont have a jersey because
A) your a bandwagoner
B) never a canucks fan to begin with
C) too cheap to buy one before
D) your a bandwagoner

Back in '94, Pacific Coliseum was always full for the away viewing games during the SCF. This should be no different.

lol i remember the seats at the pacific coliseum were so small and bad

I assume at team store? Outlet store too? :S

Iceman_2K 06-05-2011 05:29 PM

It depends. If you really want one, and not just because everyone else is wearing one, then go ahead. Otherwise, I'd wait and see if any stores get them. Or drive down to Blaine or Bellis Fair and see if you can get one there that has no name or number on it.

They should, as well as Sportchek.

Stitches. There's like 3 of them. They wanted an hour, but i was back in half to pick it up. I'd do it myself, but i'm too lazy to pull out and setup the sewing machine. You have to tell them what kind of stitch to use, or show them a picture of the stitch, or else its a normal straight stitch.

Can you tell me the steps? And how much?

The SCF info is kinf of scattered. Thanks to a fellow RS member UFO I got 3 patches to stitch. :D

Yea, LOL @ people trying to get S or M size jerseys now. It just reminds me of that red Canada hoodie last year.

You had since last October to get one... Now that everyone is wearing it, you want to fit in?

lol yup.

But in my defense, jerseys aren't cheap and I told myself 3 years ago (when they unveiled the new jerseys) that I'd get one when they make the Stanley Cup finals and just milk my old Ohlund jersey a little longer.

And so when they made the finals I was ready to go buy one but heard about the ones with the patch on it so I'd figure I just wait...little did I know they were in low supply.

Anyways, I just ordered a Medium Dan Hamuis jersey off the online store. Came out to 218 after tax. I bought a SC Patch at the playoff store in dt today and will sew it on asap.

So what's the best place to get it sewn on that doesn't involve angry old men?

Iceman_2K 06-05-2011 06:02 PM

hey, more people come out to celebrate - its all good!

Iceman_2K 06-05-2011 06:04 PM

The Hockey Shop in Surrey (near the Surrey Central Skytrain Station). Note that the person isn't there on weekends to sew things on.
