VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) - The Canucks viewing parties in Vancouver are only going to get bigger.

Starting at two o'clock on Monday, Georgia Street will be closed between Hamilton and Richards, so crews can put up two huge screens and expand the fan zone.

The city hopes the Georgia viewing screens will help move congestion from Granville Street, where thousands of fans gathered Saturday night.

The 17 by 23 feet screen will be installed in the intersection of Hamilton and Georgia. Another screen will be positioned at Homer and Georgia.

Risking putting in Tanev, Sweatt, Volpatti, etc., to cover a healthy regular, is a terrible decision. We must always have the best team on the ice. This is the holy grail of our sport. We can't take any chances while fighting for it.

As I said yesterday, my only hope right now, is that we take 1 game away on this trip to Boston. It's my birthday on Thursday. I'm not even going to push my luck and wish for .... you know.... If the boys come home up 3-1, I'll be ecstatic. I just want them to play their game, play hard and stay healthy.
