Wouldn't that be interesting if they put Schneider in to start. Lou is on a mission now I am expecting a great performance from him.

shawn79 06-13-2011 07:52 AM

everyone keeps talking about how good Schneider is, im sure he can fetch us first line player who plays on second line with kesler... :woot:.

I dont think there will ever be another thread on RS that even comes close to the # of views and posts as this thread. Kudos to everyone who's contributed to this epic thread.

I'm looking for a single ticket too, want to join up and buy a pair? No homo.

rb 06-13-2011 08:31 AM

I think they sell single tickets at the Rogers Arena box office. Just go there a few hours before the game starts

The have played Olympic games final, fighting for the Swedish gold with their beloved Modo, and won great individual prices.

But all the memories fades for the brothers when they tonight have the chance to drink champagne from the Stanley Cup trophy.

-Yes, this is the biggest we have been through, and we plan to play the game of our lives.

Vancouver is 60 minutes away from the goal.

60 minutes from the dream.

60 minutes from the triumph the team has been fantazied about throughout their lives.

yea Sam looked shocked when he saw me there lol. I just wanted to take a break from the bar, since it had been close to 14 straight days of drink/partying for me, so being at the arena only having beers was a nice break. I like being out in the atmosphere, so watching at home/friends not my preference.

If you have kids, the arena viewing seems like a great option though, there was lots of face painting and stations for the kids to goof off around in.

HAHAH. I suggested on Twitter someone should edit the Wiki page to include Lord Stanley holding the Cup in Stanley Park, and @Chris_Dion did! YAY! Look before some no humour jerk-off edits it out. :)

If we win tonight, who will be the 3rd person to hoist the cup (second will most likely be Daniel)?

haymura 06-13-2011 09:01 AM

THIS IS WHAT WE LIVE FOR, THIS IS OUR GAME. United we stand as we march into battle to bring home Lord Stanley to his rightful place. We are all Canucks and we shall make history together.

Let's bring the cup home boys!

With all the shit he gets, I think Lu should be the third (or even second).

Luongo, of course.

AzNightmare 06-13-2011 09:18 AM

I really hope we can pound in a bunch of goals (which is like 2...) on Thomas tonight.

Luongo needs to let in one goal or less.

Need to cram and finish my project by 3pm. Then I can relax for 2 hours...

lol, would it be considered a snub if Henrik passes it off to Luongo before Daniel?

Technically shouldn't all the alternate captains get it first?

spoon.ek9 06-13-2011 09:41 AM

it was such a great feeling waking up this morning knowing that we have the opportunity to win the cup tonight.

i always try my best not to expect anything and just hope for the best. the way this series has played out, i truly have no idea how tonight might play out.

european 06-13-2011 09:45 AM
