That's bullshit. The refs need to watch these games again when they go home. Fuck, we need an independent investigation bureau on corrupted refs. Put these assholes in jail.

sh0n 06-13-2011 07:35 PM

I just want to see the whole team bounce back.

Some good energy shifts, hits in the first few minutes in Game 7 ala Game 5.

I would deck the guy out.

I would, too but I think deep inside he wants to set a good example for his kids in the stands.

tr0ubl3s0m3x 06-13-2011 07:40 PM

fuck...so disappointed right now. It's hard to keep faith in a team that doesn't show up for a full 60 mins in a STANLEY CUP FINAL game. Plus the way the ref is letting the chippyness slide is a plus for Boston. What can you do eh?

I will be soooo heartbroken if they lose on Wednesday. It's a toss up on Wednesday.

btw heard Hamhuis might play on Wed....

Greenstoner 06-13-2011 07:40 PM

where u heard that hamuis is playing ?

60? try three games in Boston but then play so good at home. Its like they are a different team on the road.

Hamius isnt going to play he doesnt even practice or skate.

friend_steve 06-13-2011 07:49 PM

Downtown right now on Granville. People celebrating a loss like it's a win still...
No tits though :(
Gonna make a sign for game 7 saying "tits or gtfo"

I have a lot of words to describe my feelings for Boston, but respect doesn't seem to be one of them. I do respect Tim Thomas though. Fucking beast of a goaltender.

I wouldn't, but I'm not the Sedins either but this is where their teammates should come in.

Wow the fans calling into 1040 and posting on CDC are completely falling apart. Yes, Lu had a stinker (he admits this in his post game comments), the PP is still abysmal and the officiating continues to baffle BUT the Canucks played fairly well. Ironically, as lopsided as the series has appeared on paper, the series is tied 3-3 despite our inability to open the floodgates and ONLY score what is it, six goals in six games?

The Canucks will show up for game 7. To think otherwise is :failed:

cliffhanger33 06-13-2011 07:55 PM

I agree with everyone's comments about game 7, and im confident we will win. But I dont think I can take a game 7 stanley cup finals.......its too much!

tonyzoomzoom 06-13-2011 08:00 PM

admitting that you had a stinker doesn't mean shit at all to your teammates right now. You think you'll get another chance in game7 to redeem yourself. You are asking a lot of your teammates who are hurting big time to once again rise to the occassion. They will and I know Kes will play with one leg but still, it isn't just about you, Bobby Lu...

I admire your confidence but if you've been following the 'Nucks for 15+ years, there is plenty reason to think otherwise.....

Still, most of us keep on thinking this year would be different, this is THE year...

murd0c 06-13-2011 08:07 PM

Not fucken happy at all.

You have to admit it the Canucks never make it easy for us. I'm honestly not worried tho. They are a different team playing at home and winning in front of the fans at home will make us all forget about this BS and will make it that much more meaningful.

I let my guard down after being up 2 - 0 and thought it was all wrapped up. Oh, how I'm a nervous wreck right now.

I started watching the Canucks in 1993-4, when my dad got a pair of season tickets. I've been hooked ever since. Even though I was really young at the time, I went to a dozens of games and started following this team religiously. Now, we're in the Finals once again and I can't explain it but disappointment seems expected with the Canucks.

This team has the caliber to win on Wednesday. There's nothing else we can do but cross our fingers.

cliffhanger33 06-13-2011 08:15 PM

Just dont know why they have to lose this bad everytime in boston
17-3

I've followed them since 1991 so I know all about heartbreak and disappointment. I've also seen some amazing things from the Canucks too during that time but in usual Canucks fashion, they continue to bring on the drama and make it hard on themselves.

You couldn't have scripted this any better. Game 7 really is going to be epic.

What a time to be a Canucks fan.

cliffhanger33 06-13-2011 08:17 PM

K just watched the AV interview, dam he was choked and giving the same answer repeatedly

JSALES 06-13-2011 08:21 PM

AV: "They won at home, we won at home, we are going home."

Boostslut 06-13-2011 08:22 PM

Can't wait for game 7! I'm at work now, and am not going to be able to work on Thursday, so i'll be able to see the game. It's too bad about game 6 but game 7 is going to be NUTS! Can't wait, i've been waiting for something like this and still have faith.

RS Meet on the Seawall to run with Luongo and show him some Vancouver support? Come on guys! Wouldn't that be awesome, like Rocky!

Go Canucks! Bring the cup back to Canada, and Vancouver!

G 06-13-2011 08:24 PM

I think the last thing Luongo wants during his meditation session is a bunch of fans screaming the whole way at him lol
