As much as I hate to say it, the Nucks didn't deserve to win the cup as Boston was indeed better this series.

We were the better team, even on game 3,4 and 6 until goal #2 went in. Then defense had to cheat defensively to compensate and our forward opportunities became 1 shot rushes because the D was no longer pinching in for the forwards.

No way. We were better, I understand though why some people may think it did not look like it.

I don't know what to think about the team moving forward, what do we do with Luongo. I know you can't pin everything on one game (or the series), but mentally how can he live this down? How can he walk around town without some irrational people calling him out and comparing him to Bill Buckner?

On top of that, how can this team get better knowing the Sedins will never be that tough Canadian style (as evidenced by the constant trolling by Marchand, who is a fucking rookie), oh and we won't be able to afford Ehrhoff + Bieska. I'm just worried that his is our biggest shot and we squandered it.

(I'm sure ownership doensn't mind TOO much, they must've made a fortune on merchandise this playoffs.)
