Alberts is looking great compared to his few games last season. The Ducks' D doesn't look too tight. But ours looks pretty good. Hamuis' been great too |

I really want BMo to make the team. |
well, i have to say, bmo looks out of place in anything other than a canucks jersey. im usually against bringing players back, (except linden), but i always liked bmo, and i always felt he was either underappreciated or close to unsung hero. bmo wants to play and wants to play and retire here and i hope he does. especially seeing him have some good chemistry so far with schroeder, maybe he can shape schroeder into a better player? i dunno, just a thought... my only qualm is bmo not gritty enough for 3rd or 4th line duties. |
the way BMO is playing it looks like he's trying to adapt his game to a 3rd or 4th liner role, hes going harder to the gritty areas and seems to be working hard |
I always liked Morrison. There was just something about him that I really liked. And during the end of his tenure with the Canucks, he still managed to put up 50 point seasons. Keep in mind, his highest scoring season was 71 points, and that was during the prime of the WCE. The only thing problem I saw was his salary. But if he's going to sign with the Canucks again, I'm sure he won't be asking for much. I really hope he makes the team, but I'm having troubles trying to figure out where he might fit in. I mean we did sign Malholta and Perrault to replace Wellwood and Johnson.. |
