AV (and maybe Rick Bowness) had some huge mental errors during the entire playoffs. His decision to put Ballard in with Bieksa as top pairing, keeping Glass in the line up, keeping Manny for huge faceoffs when he's CLEARLY not 100%. Not pulling Luongo but ASKING him. Letting his team NOT show up for two straight games, especially the D-men.

It's too bad he's staying and even nominated for the Jack Adams award. I blame AV and Rick Bowness more than any other player.
