Glad to see Tambi get a goal tonight. I'm rooting for the guy now but back in high school (Gleneagle in Coquitlam) when ppl pointed out to me who he was, I thought of him as just another rich prick who lived up the hill hah.

John Shorthouse was saying there are 4 candidates to be the new captain. Sedins, Hamhuis, and Kesler.
He was comparing to the Sharks, who also needs a new captain and the choices are Thornton, Marleau, Boyle, or Pavelski.

If anything, Burrows should be a captain before Hamhuis does.
I don't like the idea of some new guy walking in, claiming this is is team already.
Especially when there's better candidates.

I hope the players, luongo especially, go hot during the playoffs.
That's when and all that really matters.
I'm confident Canucks will capture NW division title again.
But as stacked a team is, if everyone goes cold... that's the end of the season.

I know I threw Schneider under the bus my last post and watching the game last night his play was fairly decent. Now if he can start building momentum and gain confidence he might just have a backup role on this team.
Tamebelini had a flashy goal but he's not making the team being on the 4th line.
Alberts really impressed me. Not a fan of his but he's improving ten fold from last year
Raymond can't say enough about this guy. Prediction is 70-80 point season
Samuelson looked deadly and that goal was tic tac toe with Sedins (Swedish Connection!)
Kesler seems to be struggling a bit. Kind of expect more from him
Bieska really pissed off watching him mistake after mistake. Trade him just get it done before his value drops even lower and lower
