jesus christ first goal pass was absolutely sick. too bad they can't win games by themselves |
lol sedins score = no one else does. sedins dont score = everyone else does. |
Piss poor effort by the entire team last night. There's no excuse to be blown out 6-1 by the Wild. |
Canucks missing Ballard and Hamhuis big time Quote:

I thot the whole team looked lost tonight had issues in their own end all night. But gotta give it to the WILD, that PP looked GREAT out there |

GOT A LITTLE WILD YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH |
kinda weird how the captain just skates off and its malhotra stopping rypien |
malhotra is a leader even when he was in cbj sj and now in van |

that he just ignored this situation too. But look who charged in there shoving aside his own players once he saw what was happening? None other than Bieksa! Now would you say he would be a better Captain than Henrik? :troll: |
I wish Bieksa shoved the fan too so he'd also get suspended 10+ games |

i hope we show a much better effort as a team tonight against chicago. |
Good thing it's back to back. The players can save themselves some torture in the next practice if they can have an outstanding game tonight. |
The Canucks always face adversity one way or another every season. Whether its being winless in 9 during the 2009 season or putting themselves behind the 8 ball last season with a slow start, this team is notorious for making a run in November and into the new year. History doesn't always repeat themselves but it is hard pressed to not believe this year is any different. This team has enough skills to take on any team in the league but they always lose to teams that they should put away easily. Not saying that the wilds were an easy out but the Canucks would have taken them on with better composure and discipline. Unfortunately, Rypien, a fan favorite for his piston like punches in fights, disappointed me and showed lack of class. As much as I like the guy as a player and the toughness he brings to the team, I for once will be content that a Canuck player be slapped with a lengthy suspension. Hopefully the Canucks will put a better effort tonight taking on the Hawks that eliminated them the past two years. Sweet revenge shouldn't be used in this context but payback would be welcomed. I hope to see more energy, grit and composure especially from the back end. Bieksa needs to show that he deserves the A on his heart or else it will become a side show for Gillis to unload him once Salo and the rest of D recover from injuries (fingers crossed). |
Henrik really has eyes in the back of his head, or they communicate telepathically. Quote:

The NHL has suspended Vancouver Canuck forward Rick Rypien indefinitely for grabbing a fan in Minnesota last night. Posted via RS Mobile |
Luongo proves he is a bum once again. Weak move by Henrik moving aside when shit hits the fan. I always thought Mitchell would have made the best captain. I was at the game last Sunday and Scheineder looked solid. Always square to the puck, good positioning and fast. Too bad AV will keep massaging Luongo's ego until he loses us another playoff series. |

In front of a team that is playing well, he is spectacular. When things go bad, it's crash and burn time. Just love it when he looks upward as if he expects god to bail him out. |

On a serious note though, I was very very disappointed as well but glad someone (Malhotra) stepped in before things got even more out of hand. |
"No Bieksa" stickers anyone? |
any word who is on net today ? i wish Luongo is starting today because i want him to get his game back and also play agaainst our rivary hawk the evil side of me hoping Luongo get another embarrased 7 or 8 goals today simply because Luongo is usually on fire when the media and the fans are after him. on a serious note, i really hope he can get his game back and start to play consistent.... he is a great goalie but hasnt prove to be consistent yet |
^Lu is starting today. |

You look at all the great captains on other teams throughout history and being a captain is more than just putting up numbers. I think the waterboy had more leadership skills than what our present captain displayed at that moment. Sad, indeed that it takes an incident like that to bring up the lack of leadership on the team. |
