I'm all for giving CoHo a try but if it's going to be on the 4th line then it's really pointless. Having CoHo center for the likes of Glass and such is pointless imo.

If we called up Hodgson we'd be near or over the cap I think. CKNW was talking about not being able to call up Schroeder and Hodgson because of cap issues.

Put a roster player on waivers

mako 11-22-2010 12:56 PM

He's no grinder

3rd line maybe or 2nd with Kesler and Raymond

I agree 100%.

All I'm saying is give him a few shifts on the 4th to see if he can keep up now. If so, put him in Samuellson's spot for a few shifts and see how he performs.

Edit:

I guess starting him on the 2nd wouldn't make much difference. durrrr. hungover from going to the game last night :p

Wouldn't mind a calling up Hodgson right now. He's been on a tear his last 10 games with the Moose.

The only lines you'd put CoHo on would be the 1st or 2nd line.

He's an offensive player - not a grinder or plug

We can't finish higher than 3rd seeding (and in some cases we only make 3rd seeding because of the top 3 default division leader rule). Which pretty much means we're always facing conference top 2 on the 2nd round.

The points we piss away early in the season means the harder the road is come post reg. season. It's such a stupid mentality when people just revert to the usual cliches of "Oh it's only October", "Oh it's only November," or it's only just one game just to fit in with the "in-the-bandwagon" fan.

I just rather have this happen early in the season because if this happens down the stretch, we're more prone to panicking (different atmosphere imo) and the pressure goes wayy up and you never know what happens then. Media definitely gets on your ass too.

obviously no one wants us to piss away points during any part of the season but we are. We can complain and bitch at the fact that were losing to teams we should be beating. Its an 82 game schedule and were not gonna win them all. Im gonna take the positives out of losing during the beginning of the season cause we can fix those mistakes b4 the stretch drive and during playoff time.

I dunno... those kinds of hits are exciting, but you also worry about their health.

ForbiddenX 11-23-2010 08:19 AM

If anyone is interested I have a pair of tickets for wednesdays game sec313 row 7 seats 105-106 $100 for the pair.

woob 11-23-2010 09:13 AM

I'm thinking Tambi will be called up. Hodgson is a center. Perrault is still in the line-up because he's the natural center for the 4th line. I say let Hodgson keep his scoring streak going in the AHL.
