For me it depends what zone we're in. If we're in the offensive zone, no, I'd prefer #1 or 2 (captain obvious right) but we're certainly not liable in the defensive zone with any of our lines which is fanfuckingtastic.

I remember cringing watching Nazzy + Bert skating back half assed all the time hoping Mo had enough gas in the tank to backcheck for the 3 of em..

Overall we're as sound as anyone in the league. I've already said it once, but I REALLY like our chances this year.

Go Canucks!

I had an interesting talk this morning with a client
and i value his words very much as he has had experience playing in the NHL..

Gary Nylund former leaf, hawk, islander..now a Firefighter from Delta..

His words on the Canucks this year...It doest matter as long as the result in the playoffs is great. Most teams that know they are good will go out play hard and fuck standings.

I guess best example of this is the Flyers from last season. Took them the last day of the regular season to make the playoffs in a shoot out win and had almost every series go to 7 games

Saw Kesler & family (including his newborn daughter) at Oakridge just after 6pm today. The mall had just closed though! It appeared that his wife wanted to go in Michael Kors and she looked somewhat disappointed. :) They left in the direction of The Bay...

That's pretty much the sentiment of all coaches, players, and knowledgeable fans. There are plenty of teams that can't hack it in the playoffs: Sharks/Caps.

That's why Luongo can only really prove his worth if he pushes deep into the Run. I could care less if he shits the bed every now and then, so long as he doesn't melt down.

I really like it when the fighters take off their helmets and slowly engage.
