If we can keep both him and Salo without moving any core pieces, we'll have a solid defense group. If we have to trade him, hopefully his recent play will bring in a decent return
Who would have thought the Canucks we have a backup that could actual win games for them? And I remember thinking last year that the Canucks were basically pissing away the value of Cory but seems like if he gets a few more wins this season the Canucks might be able to unload him during the off season and get a lot back in return.
Last night, on the post game show, they said the Nucks need to clear $1.8 M of full year salary to fit Salo back in, when he is ready to play but so far he has only had the one practice with the team.
