this 2 captain selection process will be interesting... let's see if each team will get a Sedin
and Grabner has to be one of the most experienced rookies around

would've been even more awesome if they managed to stack the teams so it seemingly resembles team Canada vs team USA with a few extras

I would rather see Gaborik over Marc Staal tho | Shanahan was just doing an interview and said that certain players told their GMs they don't want to participate in the all star weekend and the GMs relayed the info to league offices before the players were chosen. Word is Zetterberg and Luongo were 2 of those players.
Understandable, Lu just had a new child and would rather take the time off to spend at home and honestly, most players I know would rather take the weekend off for a mini vacation in the middle of a long season.

remember each team must have 1 player in the game which eliminates the amount of people who are actually playing good. marc staal, hemsky, elias, backs, kessel, shouldnt be there. possibly iginla as well.

they should find a way for the skills comp to seem like more of the players out there for a good time as opposed to following procedure. like what AO sorta did

Canucks have a state of the art dressing room with private iPod docks at each locker, interactive internet televisions, and a coffee machine that makes 20 different types of coffee.
Oilers have... A PING PONG TABLE OMGZ! | The difference between haves and have nots. The Canucks have been turning a profit for lots of years now well the Oilers have been taking a loss.
