^ I would generally think the effects of burning out won't start to take it's toll until at least the 2nd round.
Ducks are a pretty good team overall though, so I can picture them riding this momentum into the playoffs for the first round at least.

That being said, I'm more worried about Selanne alone as a Canuck Killer more than the Getzlaf line to be honest.

The Getzlaf/Perry/Ryan line is the scariest oposition imo because if they go head to head with the Sedins they will all but eliminate that threat, they are one of if not the toughest lines to match up against

I was in a group assignment thing at school the other day and we were mostly talking hockey. One of the guys alluded to the West being a tougher conference than the East. I also thought this, but when someone else disagreed no one could really list any solid facts or good arguments.

If this is true, then the league is really F#$@!!# up. Bertuzzi got nothing on the Ryan Johnston hit. Kyle CLifford got nothing on the Chris Tanev hit. Heck, Doughty got nothing on the Daniel hit a few nights ago.

WTF. Apparently 40th anni jerseys w/ numbers were half off at the team store last Saturday. Anyone know if that was true or if the person who told me is fucking with me? That sounds way too good to be true.

Nevermind, called the team store and figured out it was a game day special only.

Game on in Metrotown has them 40th ann jersey's but with no patch or numbers for $89.99.

wow........ what a fucking joke. also, let's be honest here guys, the last thing bettman and his clowns want is a canadian team winning the cup. IF we actually do end up winning, it'll be against literally all odds imaginable.

I'm surprised at the suspension. I thought it was a dirty hit, but I think a suspension would have only occurred if Eberle was injured. Since he shook it off right away, the suspension is severe.
