for my beater with 300+ km i run this

ive been doing this for over 30,000km and it runs fine

mind you it burns about 1/2 a liter every 1000km or so

i change it every 3 months religiously

$15 and change :D

my weekend toy = OEM Motorcraft + Mobil 1
