basically they got a Jetta cut the door section off, put the golf doors/ interior panels.

I was wondering if VW was going to start going in a different direction. After seeing the Scirocco, this design doesn't surprise me. I think it's a step in the right direction, the chrome front fascia on the mk5's were brutal. I'm all about the mk2 lovin' though.
