i'd think a R8 4.2 would be a better buy than gallardo.. cheaper to run and maintain too!
not to mention its more comfortable for daily! (i've driven both)

I only had it a few months and sold it because I didn't like the car. It wasn't a bad car at all, it just wasn't what I had built it up to be in my head and it fell short of my expectations. I also knew that the costs in my first year were going to be $15,000ish to fix some things that were ready to be done.
I did a lot of research before buying my car which was through 6speed online and they were saying expect to pay about $5 per mile if you factor in gas insurance and upkeep of the car.
It's like any high priced special item. Take a boat for example. A boat for a million dollars isn't what I'd worry about. It's everything else.
If you're buying this kind of car, you better be making some serious money and I'm not talking about $80k a year (unless you're living at home which is another story in itself). | if you are going to buy a lambo, you better have the wallet/lifestyle to back it up....how gay would be if you drive a lambo but can't afford to live the life of a lambo owner...

true.
i guess its a matter of the function over form thing.
one thing that really never made sense to me was the gallardo's interior.. the switches always seems to be at the wrong places. only three buttons i knew to push was these:
bwahaha corsa and sport being the favorite two. HAHAHA
not to mention, driving gallardos are a pain. Huge pillars, huge blind spots..
btw, theyre sexy regardless..
