Up to 10% off on Akrapovic exhaust systems!

An exhaust system looks simple at first glance. But a closer look shows that it is a complex system that has a significant effect on the performance of a racing or a regular sports car.

Akrapovic:
"The experience in racing that we acquired over many years, taught us how to combine high performance, a long-life cycle and the lightest possible weight. Our numerous world championship titles and countless international and national titles are a testament to our continuous ability to fulfil our clients’ highest expectations."

Forgive me for asking what may be a stupid question but what is a slip-on exhaust? I've heard of that for motorcycles but never for cars.

trollguy 06-21-2010 02:01 PM

Does Jason Lee own a blue MK1 MR2

A slip on would be considered a cat-back.

suzuka84 06-21-2010 09:36 PM

i thought akropovic only made exhaust systems for bikes?

and even then they were over priced

They're branching out. They've made exhaust for BMW M cars and Porsches for a while now.

Akrapovic are the shizz. huge weight savings on a Bimmer

I have a 2010 E93 M3. very interested in the full system (with race cats) for the m3

can you get it -- and how much ? 6-7k?

can you deal with the CEL since you are a BMW tech?

RRxtar 06-22-2010 04:54 PM

for the money...you can get Tubi or even Arqray (beautiful welds and craftmanship)...and still have money in your pocket for some other nice USEFUL mods...

vo_hantu 06-23-2010 09:04 AM

Bump for a top notch brand. I have a full Ti system on my bike...amazing build, quality, and performance. Can't go wrong with hydroforming.
