Android and iPhone4...I'm debating.

Seeing how there's so many options for Android phones, and how iPhone4 is showing many issues, I am thinking about Android.

It's too bad WinMo7 can't come sooner.

I sync all my stuff to Google so I prefer something that makes that easy. Also important is the music player...I use my current iPhone as my main music player.

I'm getting the n8 when it comes out but between android and iPhone I'd rather get the nexus one

If you use Google a lot, then you'll love Android. The stock music player is shit, but there are plenty of apps out there. I haven't tried any of them, since I don't use it for music.

The main advantage of the iphone 4 seems to be battery life. But it is so damn expensive, you could buy 4 or 5 spare batteries and still spend way less in the end :lol

I've gotten to play with a lot of the new phones and if I didn't have to use a Blackberry for work I would hands down get the Milestone which runs Android.

There's an app for that. Now where have we heard that before?

I'm lovin my milestone. I sure don't miss the constant reboots of winmo. I hope the Droid X gets ported over.

I'll keep an eye out for it. As I said, I'm stuck on blackberry for the moment. But as long as I'm not the one paying for it, I don't mind too much.

Does anyone know what type of issues iphone 4 is showing? I've heard of screen discoloration...

i'm still debating between the milestone and iphone 4, when it comes out

Easy scratching and reception problems.
The fact that the OS is still essentially the origional iphone OS and could use a serious upgrade?

I also understand that the video chat and some other functions will only be usable where you have wifi coverage.

There have also been reception issues when you hold the phone in your hand, and one more i think. You should also consider the Desire when it comes out, if you dont need a physical keyboard of course.
