Recently I've started playing soccer and I get the nastiest blisters on my feet. They take few days to dry up and then il peel away the hard skin and the following week after a game il get a brand new blister in the same spot.
This happens on more than one pair of cleats. Anything I can try to prevent blisters or take care of them properly?
Happened to me. You just aren't used to playing yet. Once you get used to it, you won't get blister's anymore. I usually wear soccer socks, rarely do I wear double layer.
