what the hell was the "rusty" color mark on one of the rims?!

The last picture is showing a set of 17'' Regamasters with the different Marquis Promada centre cap that does not fit the 16's.

I think you mean people post $1000-$1400 for a mint set of 16x7
minus the $400-$500 for stripping, powdercoating + stickers for this set. (more if there is wheel curb repair)

These are the legit evo center caps (which imo don't look that good anyways)
