repairing is only a temp fix...it will crack again on ur next impact....not in the same place..but close. just replace barrel, or get a new rim.

personally I would just replace the rim. Even if you repair it, it'll be weakened and might crack under high stress causing your car to lose control. But since you asked, Pather's or Greens will be able to repair it for you. If it's beyond repair, they will refuse to do it due to safety.
