Anyone know of any Rogers store with stock?

I personally don't see much reason to spend an extra $100+ on $12 of hardware when I am not ever going to use it. But some people keep all their music on their phones, so for them I guess it would make sense since the iPhone still doesn't have expandable memory (hence the $100+ for $12 of hardware)

There was a shipment arrived at Oakridge's Apple Store around noon, anyone pick up one?

Went to Apple in Oakridge earlier to get a dock and they said they got 150 phones in, there were about 50 ppl lined up at the time, around 11:30

i didn't think i need the 32 gb. but its only been 3 days and my free space is already down to 8gb....

i only had a 8gb 3g before =\

wtf. I phoned in this morning if they are going to receive any today. They blatantly lied to me!

I was speaking with the employees at the store and apparently they had no clue that they were getting stock today so I don't think they lied..
I happened to be passing through and noticed the line so i finally got one for me and one for my bro!..woot woot...they only had 16gb on hand but i guess it's better than nothing..there was maybe only 7 people in front of me but it took me over an hour of waiting to get the phone..ugh

yea apple store really need to improve the efficiency of their stores. I get that they are trying to provide the best service with the best experience for their customer but there should be a way to opt out. I want to grab what i want to leave. Even buying a simple accessory, say a case, inside apple take like 30 mins..... All the fancy credit card reader they have on the itouch doesn't seem to speed up the process much if at all

rogers and fido don't have any stock or else i would have saved myself the hassle!

Anyways, passed by Pacific Centre at lunch, and they must have gotten more stock in too because there was a lineup of about 30-40 people. There was also a lineup of 8-10 people at the Fido booth too, so I'm guessing they got a few in too. Nobody lined up at the Rogers and Telus booths though.

any updates on the oakgridge stock... damn work is stopping me from going to line up

Can't u just get it back ordered? Seems a whole lot better then running from store to store to get one. It might be smarter as well since I'm sure the next shippment will have more bugs worked out I'm sure.

^^ the only bugs that iphone 4 will have is mainly with the OS and that can be fixed with updates through itune.

i passed by oakridge at 1:45ish...all the iphones gone already...sigh
