Yea I understand your pain and not so much why apple doesn't give a quick announcement of stock...

chances are the incoming box has total stock count on the invoice

I look at this thread everyday and the reality sets in even more each day lmao. Definitely not gonna be able to get a phone here on the island for awhile >_<

It seems like each day the line up starts earlier and earlier. Yesterday I got there about 7:50am and there was at least 50-60 people ahead of me and tickets got cut off about 10 people behind me.

screw this, im ordering online. the 2 apple stores are too damn far away for me to even consider lining up for, only to be disappointed. I got a family to look after firstly :/

maybe it'll be like on launch day all over again since it's the first weekend after launch and many people who want it couldn't/can't line-up during the weekdays.

They said they completely ran out of stock. Next time they will have stock will be on Monday. But that's just Apple.

didn't they get stock last sat and sun tho?

if I was to go at 6 am where do i line up? at the apple store or an entrance outside the mall? if so, which entrance

Same with me I don't know how to get one since I'm not going to wait in line. If I order from apple can I get it applied to my rogers bill for the same 269?

They said they don`t get shipments on weekends.. so yeah :blushsmile:

There are just so much demand in Vancouver, I am in Ottawa right now and they have plenty of stock.

I lined up after work at 5pm on launch date, waited 15 minutes and had a choice of 16 or 32 gb...

basically, Apple Store has ALL the stock, where as the dealers and resellers are left with next to none

Got mine this evening. Thought I'd go into the apple store in pacific center and they made me wait about 20 minutes. then fido took literally 1 hour renewing my contract. for some reason my pin wouldn't work. ends up they had to change my pin and use a new one. they said the phone would start working itself but it hasn't yet. The old sim still works. anyone know how to fix this?
