i waited like 15-20 minutes. i walked in asked some asain guy he told me they are sold out and that I should come tomorrow in the morning even though they is no guarantee they will get a shipment LOL :confused:....started talking to some chick and she said I should wait about 30 minutes but no guarantees. I waited max 20 mins got handed off to some guy and he did my renewal. :D

if your old sim is still working that mean apple didn't do anything. you need to call fido and tell them to activate your new microsim you will know they are doing their job if you call on your cell with your old sim, the moment the hit the switch your call will be cut and your old cell with now show no service. Doesn't mean your new sim works right away though, take up to an hr.

wow that was easy. I'm kind of sad to retire the 9700 for good. may possibly give the 9800 a try. I transfered all of my contacts from blackberry to outlook and sync'd outlook with itunes.

i actually just paid full price for the thing and walked out of the apple store about 11am...i guess it wasn't too bad compared to some other people! they are extremely slow in processing any order..i hope in the future they can do something to speed their systems up..
