unlock as of now is buggy and devours your battery, sucks if you depend on the unlock cause u will have even less battery time than say a 3gs.

anyways seems like stocks are still very tight right now? I want to exchange my 16gb for a 32 gb at the apple store... any chance of that happening?

You have 14 days to return the phone. but I doubt they'd exchange it for a diff size phone altogether. I'm currently at PC. Got here 10 mins ago but I'm already lined up right infront of BOSE. Seems like the lines are actually getting longer as the days past.

They already cut the line. They started letting people in at 830 to process orders a full 1.5 hours ahead of schedule. I'm like 65th in line and there's atleast another 20 behind me guaranteed phones. Only 32s in stock at PC right now.

Funny story I heard from my gf. One of her friends lined up for about 12 hours and after purchasing the phone he went straight to the hospital because he developed gall stones lol.

lol funny and sad... 12 hours is too intense to wait for anything unless i'm starving and they're handing out free food

dont even try oakridge, just go to P.C and line up at like 12 or 1pm and try to get the afternoon stock.

Anyone know if this is true or not? I called Oakridge Apple and asked if I gave my cousin the permission to HUP/Renew my contract with a 6GB data plan, will she be able to do it? They said she can't and that I would have to be there with ID to do it myself? Is this true or not? I've asked an employee last time I was lining up and they said I can but I just wanna clear things up.

they will check your ID. but they don't record anything.. so if you have a friend.. then that will make things much easier.

Person doing the HUP has to be authorized to make changes under the said account. Written consent + ID won't work.

I've called a number of different places and everyone has been telling me 2 weeks. I wouldnt be suprised if they got 2 a store so don't get your hopes up.

In the line at pc. Rep say no stock. They already counted all the ppl and quantity they buying. Roughly about 20 more ppl stayed in line who will not getting a phone just wishing some hup ppl failed???
