anyone know anything about waitlist? my friend just told me you can waitlist with rogers in the retail, can you do that with fido ?

btw, i stayed on the phone of the fido retention for 3.5 hrs and i gave up. will just call tmr morning, any idea it opens ?

You do know that they close at 9pm est right. They will probably open again at 5am or 6am pst

they say "8am local time" ... but i'll still try calling at 5am just to see :P

opens 8am your local time, atleast thats what i was told by rep. call the number from website or 611, and press #73, that will transfer you to retentions right away

Was calling last night, got a couples plan with 4 lines changed to 4 plans. Phone call got cut off but the rep noted on my account that I was ordering a 32 GB iPhone 4. Called back this morning and the rep was very helpful to finish reviewing my new plans and order it. :D

kinda pissed right now tho because earlier a retention rep gave me credit to break my contract early, and the rep says thats something that they cant do, so i have to pay 100 on top of 159$ to get my phone early ... i'm sick of waiting so just gonna do it anyways .. just kinda pissed -.-

we still gotta wait till it ships, so theres a pretty good chance that if your actively looking around town that you'll get it before us.

i talked to sales and retentions at Rogers, both are out of stock....
