Have you heard of these things happening before?

in my memory, 2-3 drivers and preloader were fired last year cos they stole phones, lost their $70000/year job, stupid

This makes it really much tougher to argue, because you signing for the package means, legally, "I have received the goods in good condition." It also means UPS (or UPS' insurer) has every right to call the shipping insurance null and void.

I don't think you have zero chance though, so keep pushing. Especially something like the iPhone 4--if your package got stolen it's possible UPS is aware of the problem with a certain driver/handler.

Guy at RC apple store said the line was cut off at 7:30 this morning.

Got my iPhone 4 this morning at RC. Got there at 6:15 and was 15th. The line looked like it got cut off around 35 people.

Ya I feel so stupid for signing it. Hope Fido is lenient on their customers and would side with me on this one.

lined up at pc around 630. was around 30 in line. around 60 lined up and i believe everyone got one. got out of the store around 1130.

im actually a scalper so feel free to fail me

So the UPS guy came back tonight and took the package back and gave a slip telling me that they are going to be shipping me another iphone.
