From what I read on Howardforums is that Ontario residence have priority over other province even if you ordered your phone first. I originally wanted a 16GB because I would probably never use more then 8GB and because I couldn't justify paying $269 for a phone and $215 case but at the time I was just happy to get one... or I guess order one.

Does the apple in RC have iphones every morning?

*Sigh* does no one read what goes on in this thread. All stores get shipments from M-F. Now whether or not there are phones in those shipments is random. Most often then not though they usually do get phones across these days.

Just pick up a 16 gb from Rogers in coquitlam centre Friday. Only waited about an hour. From what they tell me. Most Rogers stores get bigger shipments( 15-25 or more) on Fridays around 2pm. 5mins after getting mine the Rogers store a PC also called my saying that they got a shipment as well and there is one with name on it.

They got stock yesterday, overheard the manager talking to another customer after she announced that they didn't have stock for the day

Yup that's how it is. At least at Oakridge they let you in the mall at 5:30am or so and the Apple store open early to process the iPhone buyers but at Richmond Center they don't let you in till 8am and they store don't open till 10am.

I think you have a better shot at PC, they seem to be getting a shipment on a daily basis. This morning I was able to get a 16GB!

I went there at 6AM when the doors open at Oakridge, so it wasn't that bad, i watched a movie on my iphone

Yep, they had about 15 of each. if your planning on lining up at PC you should get there by 6AM, and make sure you dress warm because they don't let you in the mall at all until its your turn.

hows this for luck ... i walked into a random fido store to see if they had any phones and the lady being helped at the counter just got the last one

When do they open the doors?

From what I've read on Howardfroums the time varies from day to day, it could be 9AM or could be 10AM, today they started processing orders at 9AM.

If it makes you feel better it doesn't necessarily mean you are the person right after her. It usually takes a long time for them at the counter since they need to sign a new plan and such. She's probably been there for like 20 minutes already and most likely 3 other people have come and gone asking for the iPhone before you stepped in.

Damn here at rc 4rc and already 3rd in line :s

Idiot friend lined up at 5 AM (3 or 4th try) in RCMS Apple store. lucky enuf to get one and he gets a 16GB.....fail.
