i have the 16 and pretty satisfied with it... i hover around the 9 gb usage mark

IMO, 16 gig is all you really need..

the iphone 4 already has a shitty battery life, installing all those apps, photos, movies amd games, you can only access so much a day until your power drains.

if they made it that there is a difference between the 16 gig, and the 32 gig with bigger and longer battery life, then i can justify getting the other model

i have 33 useful apps installed and 12 games (sf4, Nova, SMB2 and Real Racing having over 200mb each), i still have 12.3gb left.. thats enough for any good lengthy 720p video, and photos. wayy enough..

I'm probably going to get the 16 starting my iPhone 4 search sometime this month or next month we'll see how this goes

How long can you record @ 720p with 16gb? Only like 60 minutes right if you don't put any apps/pictures/songs

I recorded a 2:45 minute video and it is 218 mb

I just upload everything to youtube.

Wireless wave at Oakridge has one 32gb iPhone for Rogers as of right now.

So I was at BB earlier this afternoon, and I saw a couple receiving a new iPhone 4. So I ask the guy helping them if they had anymore and if i could do a HUP for it. He said yes, but he was out of stock at the moment, they had the last one.

So I asked him how often he gets them, and hes like probably by the end of the month. This is the 4th one we received. 2 during launch day and 2 today. Is he bsing? Or does 1 bestbuy store only get 4 rogers iphones (they probably got some for other carriers too though).

anyone knows which store has the best chance of getting stock for tomorrow?

Hrm... A full-blown 3ccd prosumer video camera will record 720p60 at a rate of about 1hr @ 2-3 gb's, depending on specific settings.

The storage rate that the iP4 records HD at seems insanely brutal...

Anyone line up today? Wondering if I should go tomorrow, lol.

Also wondering if it's worth it for me to get 2? One will be an HUP, debating whether or not it's worth my time to get another one and sell it. I'll make what, like $50?

^ I think the majority of people only make money via HUPs.

When you do a HUP @ the apple store, can you tell them you will activate it at home yourself? So they dont open the product?

I'm going to ask some places tomorrow if I find a store I'll be sure to let u guys know. I'm with Rogers so I know it's already like impossible to get one but it's worth a try. There's thus Rogers place by my house that kinda hidden unless you drive into the plaza I'm going to try them first

The Rogers store in Yaletown had a few iphones yesterday afternoon, my friend walked in and got one. Also a few Wireless Wave locations have Bell iPhone 4's and a few locations had iPhone 4's for Rogers but nothing for Fido. I think I'll call around tomorrow, might get lucky.

Seriously, the trick to get one is to tell stores ur porting over from say...wutever company. I can almost assure the staff will get u an iphone. Then just go in and say I'm actually gonna update my existing line.

Funny thing is when I called WirelessWave yesterday, I asked if they had the ip4 for Fido and the woman salesperson on the other end said no. I asked if they had any stock for Rogers and she goes "do you want to switch" and I go "if the plan is decent and if I get the ip4". It's only after I said this that she told me she had one in stock and offered me the student plan. I refused because my plan for Fido is pretty good and no point of ending it over an ip4 which I'll get eventually.

Got to pc around 530 already 15 ppl lining up
