XTC, you may want to call in and re-confirm that the CSR placed the order properly. I read the same thing on HOFO where someone who ordered on monday didn't receive their order confirmation, and was told that the order hadn't actually been placed. You really should have received the confirmation right away.

When I ordered on monday, the confirmations for both phones came as I was still on the phone with the CSR

I got the email from rogers within a few minutes of ordering it. It's just an order confirmation. They said I should be getting another email from UPS with the tracking number when the phone is shipped.

Strange. Just after hitting send on the previous message, I got an email from Rogers saying my phone has been shipped.

weird, just spoke to another csr Harneet and she said the order was placed and that I was on file but their email accounts must be delayed because of all the shipments... :S
anyways atleast i got a waybill number this time to guarantee it.

Fido shipped my phone out today, 2 day turnaround isn't bad at all.

UPS delivered my phone today.

has anybody dealt with a corporate account rep regarding the iphone 4?

Finally managed to get a hold of someone at Roger's Retentions who would admit that they can order phones. :lol Placed an order for a 32gb. Only thing I'm concerned about is that I haven't received a confirmation message yet. Nothing via text or email. Oh well, I'll give it a couple days and if I haven't gotten one yet, then I'll call and bitch. Either way, I'm only keeping this thing for a couple weeks until the SGS comes out and then I'll just flip/trade it.

i ordered my phone on tusday, i received an confirmation today from rogers that they send it out to UPS

they said 3-5 business days, but i guess that 3-5 business days is when UPS actually receive the phone?

SO total progress is more like 5-10 business days?

since it took rogers 3 days to process it.

Yes. Basically, the day you get the UPS tracking number, expect to see the phone the next day.

ordered mine on the weekend, got the UPS confirm yesterday, phone in my hands today

damn UPS confirmation today still says billing information accepted, didnt say what time it will deliver today. Now im afraid to even leave my house for one minute to buy my lunch in case they come out of no where.
