XTC, you may want to call in and re-confirm that the CSR placed the order properly. I read the same thing on HOFO where someone who ordered on monday didn't receive their order confirmation, and was told that the order hadn't actually been placed. You really should have received the confirmation right away.
When I ordered on monday, the confirmations for both phones came as I was still on the phone with the CSR

I got the email from rogers within a few minutes of ordering it. It's just an order confirmation. They said I should be getting another email from UPS with the tracking number when the phone is shipped.

weird, just spoke to another csr Harneet and she said the order was placed and that I was on file but their email accounts must be delayed because of all the shipments... :S
anyways atleast i got a waybill number this time to guarantee it.

Finally managed to get a hold of someone at Roger's Retentions who would admit that they can order phones.  Placed an order for a 32gb. Only thing I'm concerned about is that I haven't received a confirmation message yet. Nothing via text or email. Oh well, I'll give it a couple days and if I haven't gotten one yet, then I'll call and bitch. Either way, I'm only keeping this thing for a couple weeks until the SGS comes out and then I'll just flip/trade it.

Yes. Basically, the day you get the UPS tracking number, expect to see the phone the next day.
