(T-Mobile Vibrant headphones)

strange
I got the Bell vibrant headphones which are the black in-ear ones.

EDIT: seems some songs/videos sound fine but others dont.

like this video:

i can barely hear his singing unless i hold down the 'call' button by the mouthpiece.

^ I have no problems with that too

My headphones are black, with a white/clear "in ear" part

looking in that thread it seems like quite a few people did it with success - the only thing being that you have to manually re-enter the internet settings afterwards

Yup,
There are few ppl with problem I saw.
Maybe is a hit or miss thing.

I`m still going to wait till offical comes out a bit first.
Since I got my phone from craiglist, afraid Bell wont service it if I`m not their customer.

bbbbut Steve Jobs said 7" tablets were DOA

:troll:

The Rogers one is a duplicate of the AT&T one (Galaxy S Captivate)

Though the Bell one is also called "Vibrant", it is actually the original Samsung Galaxy S (I9000), which is what the rest of the world gets. IT IS NOT the same as the T-Mobile GALAXY S VIBRANT

The only differences between the Rogers Captivate and the Bell Vibrant is that the Bell one has a front facing camera, whereas the Captivate does not.

Cosmetically, they look different, but all the good stuff inside is the same (minus the front camera of course)

If you plan to get accessories in Asia (ie: cases and screen protectors). I suggest you get the Bell one since the Captivate is strictly for the North American market

If only it had internal GPS too.

According to Jobs, these new, 7-inch tablets occupy something of an awkward, purgatorial space between smartphones and true e-readers. "7-inch tablets are tweeners: too big to compete with a smartphone and too small to compete with the iPad," he declared, effectively defusing rumors that Apple is working on a smaller, 7-inch tablet. Jobs went on to say that the iPad's comparative pricing advantage is so substantial that its competitors are "DOA -- dead on arrival."

Cool thanks for clearing that up. So which android version is bell running? 2.1 or 2.2?

i swear if Apple's CEO was not Steve Jobs, I would like Macs a lot more. 1 reason i'm reluctant to purchase a mac is that it's headed by a prick. He is like the ugly nerd who got picked on in highschool and now taking his chance on hating everyone and everything by attacking, taking revenge, putting down everyone because he sold some overpriced electronics... oh wait, this describes almost every latte sipping, fixed gear riding, apple fanboy.

what an ass, freakin hipsters.
