the complex itself is a seniors community. Probably like that since it was built.

yes, it is a age limit building where tennants need to be at least 55 years of age.
its a nice place actually, too bad of the age restriction or else it would be open to a lot more people.

$1000 a month, includes heat and hot water. One year contract, and then month to month after.
Its actually a really good deal. I searched other listings close to this and they all wanted on average $100 more for the same size place..and this one includes heat and hot water.
