Places to rock climb

Hi guys,

I made a search for rock climbing threads but nothing recent.

Where do you guys go and how much is the price generally? I hear there are some indoor ones in richmond but thats about it.

Any suggestions would be great.

Thanks.

Are you talking about actual harness and rope rock climbing or just climbing on a rock?

I think you might be talking about Cliffhanger.

if you do outdoors, start at squamish. You need a guide but burger and fries is where you would start and then you can move up towards the 5.8 - 5.10b on corn flakes etc.

there are 3 cliffhanger locations in Greater Vancouver if you are looking for indoor
one I go is on industrial road right beside main station/science world. I do live in Richmond and I heard there's one in Richmond but the wall isn't that tall.

for basic gears(shoes, harness, etc) it'll be around 200~300ish altogether(you can cheap out for 150 if u look around) Monthly pass would be around $90 or $15~19 for drop-ins
