what about dollar stores or daiso??

you could possibly try Future Shop/Best buy and ask for it, as they might have that stuff sitting in the back from their display tv's etc.
never done it, but an idea nonetheless

Thanks so far I'll try that out. Any other suggestions? The cheaper the better!

Dollarstores won't carry enough big bubble wrap.

My best suggestion to you is the shipping/courier joints... like UPS/FedEX etc. I always see huge rolls of it, and i'm pretty sure they cut to order.

If you don't care about it being fancy and new, you could always ask places that already sell bumpers/kits like Rocketz.

I've shipped many kits across canada/states and I usually just tape heavy-plastic all over it to keep it from scratching, put a couple pieces of wood to make sure it's straight, and ship it without bubble wrap. Apparently, that's more than most people do. Also unless it's like an authentic mugen bumper, or a very rare/valuable ones, you may consider this an option.

try asking some bodyshop. they throw those away whenever they have new bumper arrive.
