^this is what I was thinking, my theory is deb finds out and has to kill quinn to protect Dexter. Didn't read this anywhere, not a spoiler, just a theory. Posted via RS Mobile
dexter's getting rusty..should've drove back to that kill-room instead of improvising..reminded me when in season 3 the big guy ripped through his duct-tape when he woke up haha
oh noes..i hate julie styles.
So NOW, the season has officially started, necessary first couple episodes, but I'm glad we're done with the kids and Rita grieving(for the most part).
Dexter is kinda like the SAW franchise, the writers of the sequels cannot match the original writing. I will say Season 4 saved Dexter, cause season 2 and 3 were not great. The ending of Season 4 was epic, looking forward to season 5.
i really liked season 3 TBH...only thought first half of S2 was boring but other than that this is one of the most consistent shows in terms of writing IMO. The only thing bothering me is the poor acting by some of the support cast..but that's overshadowed by Hall's and even Lithgow's performance

Really? I though season 2 was its strongest, and the season 4 ending was pasted on for shock value. The show is nothing like the saw franchise imo. Its more like the batman franchise, you wonder who the villain is gonna be, and if this is the one where they find out his true identity. Posted via RS Mobile

Really? Lila sucked as a character and actress (although she was smoking hot), and the way that season ended was all too cheesy. The only savior of season 2 is Lundy tracking the "bay harbor butcher".
I compare it to the SAW franchise cause the writers of the sequels are not the same as the original, and it shows. The sequel writers are not nearly as demented as the original writers.
Although it started out depressing, I'm really excited about this season because there will be a lot of change.
The FBI not tracking Dexter is killing me, especially while Dexter is out carrying his cell phone which might as well be a GPS beacon to where his shit is going down.
^ i never thought of that.
It's still not a strong evidence. It just means the phone is on site. Eg// "your honor, as you can see, on Oct 19,20, 23, the accused iphone GPS signal indicated he was actually at the murder victim's house at and around the time of death."
what if he left the cell phone there, what if the accused lent his cell phone to his gf.. etc... it's a supportive argument but it still doesn't proof anything.

I mean the FBI should be following him using his phone for the location. Then they'd see all the stuff he's doing.
